I bought some of this liquid chalk with the intention to use it to help with my pull ups - it did not only that but has also come in super handy for other things in the gym that require any sort of grip, my form has improved so much since I started using it and it helps a massive load that it smells so nice, some liquid chalk I’ve used in the past has left me feeling a bit gross but this one feels the opposite! I did have some issues getting the chalk out the first time round as it seemed to have dried a little in the bottle but Delyth was kind enough to send another one to me which I’ve not had any problems with so I don’t feel this is a common issue- probably just me or one unfortunate one! Absolutely love it and the business principle overall highly recommend x
Maybe not the sort of post you would normally find on a site like this! Do I go to the gym? No. Am I interested in regular fitness training? Not really. Do I want my normal active life back? Yes. I need to do regular daily exercises following a total knee replacement surgery I had three weeks ago. I also need to stay hydrated so I bought a Be Her pink bottle. I love the look and feel of it and when filled with ice cold water it is good for cooling down the area around the new knee joint.
